1. Open up the forms tab on v01
2. Create a new form or duplicate an existing one
Using the Auto attribution forms will come preset to track all marketing datapoints and link them back to the v01 contact.
3. To duplicate a form, select the three dots and chose Duplicate
4. Name your new form
5. Click on your new form to begin editing it
6. Click on the + icon to add additional fields
7. You can also add custom fields
8. Once you've completed the form setup, save the form
9. Now let's begin the integration process, click on Integrate
10. Select your embed type
For this example, we'll embed a form directly on our page via the inline option
11. Click on Copy embed code
12. Head over to your website builder and paste in the embed code
This will paste as HTML. You may need to insert a HTML block on your site builder first, this is generally just called "HTML Embed" or "Custom Code" on most builders.
In our example we are using Webstudio with a HTML Embed component.
13. Publish your new site changes
14. To view form submissions, click on the three dots
15. and View Submission
16. Here you will find all form submissions, each submission will create a new contact.
17. You can also export all submissions from the selected form by clicking on the export option
