Zapier connects v01 with thousands of apps, expanding its capabilities and enabling you to integrate with your existing tools effortlessly. This guide will show you how to set up and customize these integrations, so you can make the most of v01 alongside the apps you already use.
1. Accept the v01 - Zapier App invitation via the link below

2. Create a new zap
3. Set your trigger, this will be the data source outside of v01
4. For this demo we will use google sheets
5. Complete the trigger setup flow
6. Next, for the action, search for v01
7. Select the v01 Zapier App
8. Choose your v01 action
9. For this example, let's create or update a contact
10. Next we need to authenticate your v01 account with the zap.
11. To find your API key, open v01 and head into the settings tab
12. Under your business profile you will find your API key
Copy the API key by clicking on the copy icon
13. Paste the API key into the Zapier auth field
14. Continue mapping your fields in Zapier as normal
15. Map the journey stage
Map the journey stage to use the automatic AAARRR funnels. The options on this field are:
Awareness
Acquisition
Activation
Retention
Revenue
Referral
16. Click on Journey Stage Revenue
17. Finally mark the contact as a lead
18. With the fields mapped, you can continue your Zap setup
19. And publish when ready!
